Education:

Coach Davonte Jett-Reynolds graduated from Page High School in Arizona in 2017. He went on to attend Central Arizona College (CAC) from 2017–2018, where he earned his Associate of Arts degree. He then transferred to Adams State University, graduating in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He also completed one year of a master’s program in Sports Administration in 2023.

Athletic Background:

Coach D was a standout distance runner, specializing in the 3K and 5K events. In high school, he helped lead Page High School to back-to-back state cross-country team titles in 2015 and 2016, and captured the individual 3200m state championship in 2016.

At the collegiate level, he continued to excel. While at CAC, he was instrumental in the team’s runner-up finish at the 2017 NJCAA Cross Country Nationals and their national championship win in 2018. He earned six NJCAA All-American honors during his time there.

After transferring to Adams State University, Coach D contributed to three NCAA Division II National runner-up team finishes. Individually, he earned three NCAA DII All-American titles in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR), indoor mile, and outdoor 5K.

Following college, he signed a two-year contract with Greenville Track Club Elite—an ASICS-sponsored professional team—where he set the club record in the 3K.

Coaching:

This will be Coach D’s first year coaching at Central Arizona College, and he brings both elite-level experience and a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
