The Central Arizona College Cross Country Teams rounded up early morning at 5am on their day off from class and volunteered at the Epic Tourneys XC Invite held at Crossroads Park by Benjamin Franklin High School.  The men and women teams stayed on their feet assisting local high school athletes and their programs from 5:00am until 11:00am.  

"I'm proud that everyone showed up to our annual volunteer event"  Stated Head Coach Jon Harmon.  "We volunteered a few weeks ago and I make it mandatory we all do it together at least once a season."  Over 60 teams from Pinal, Pima, and Maricopa Counties attended the event. "Our athletes understand that giving back to the community is an integral part of what it means to not only be a student athlete at CAC but also just a good, well-rounded individual."  

Cross Country will be back in action on 10/18 as they travel to Riverside, CA to compete against all the ACCAC programs in the state along with the other in-state public Universities.
