Members of the CAC Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams volunteered at a local high school meet on Saturday.

The meet, which consisted of over 40 high schools from the state of Arizona, was one of the biggest in the area of CAC's San Tan Campus.

"I'm proud of those athletes that took time out of their weekend, spent their own funds for transportation, and worked from 6am to 11am today." Stated Head Coach Jon Harmon. "Volunteering is something that I require because its good to give back to the communities of CAC and also local programs in the State of Arizona."

CAC Men and Women Cross Country will be back in action at the Southern Showcase Invitational held in Huntsville, AL on September 12th.
